I don´t know any tutorial for wings, I just get the program and it´s manual and soon I get used to it, try to search for tutorials for silo and others box modeling tutorials and learn the tools by yourself, This is probably the fastest way to learn it, and wings is pretty much hotkeys oriented, so make sure to learn the shortcuts or configure your own, that´s it, see you.
